Scrplay8 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for Malaysian Members

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and scrplay8 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, and features available through the scrplay8.best website and any related applications.

By completing your account registration on scrplay8, making your first deposit, or using any service provided by scrplay8, you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. This agreement is permanent and irrevocable unless you terminate your account in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 10 of this document.

Scrplay8 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except in cases of urgent changes relating to security or legal compliance.

To register and use the scrplay8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age and above at the time of registration and throughout the duration of platform use.
• You must be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not appear on any self-exclusion list for online gambling platforms.
• You must use the scrplay8 platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must have a valid Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one scrplay8 account. Multiple account ownership by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

When registering, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. scrplay8 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including:

• A copy of your valid identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of current address (bank statement, utility bill)
• Verification of payment method used

You are solely responsible for keeping your scrplay8 account password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our team.

Scrplay8 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:

All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. scrplay8 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from an unverifiable source, scrplay8 reserves the right to hold and investigate the transaction until identity verification is completed.

Your daily deposit limit is determined by your account status. New members have a default daily deposit limit of RM10,000. This limit can be adjusted upon request through the scrplay8 customer support team, subject to account review.

Scrplay8 members may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the scrplay8 account holder.
• Daily withdrawal limits vary according to the member's VIP tier — starting from RM5,000 (Bronze) up to unlimited (Diamond).
• All withdrawals are subject to standard anti-money laundering (AML) checks.

Scrplay8 withdrawal processing times range from 5 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and the member's VIP tier. In most cases, withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for regular members and within 5 minutes for Diamond VIP members.

Scrplay8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus for new members, reload bonuses, VIP cashback, and Malaysian festive season offers. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer. The general conditions applicable to all scrplay8 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated.
• The Welcome Bonus is available exclusively to new scrplay8 members making their first deposit.
• Wagering (rollover) requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Scrplay8 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through dishonest or rule-violating means.
• Bonus expiry dates will be stated at the time of the offer — any unused bonus that is not claimed within that period will expire automatically.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.

VIP Cashback received through the scrplay8 VIP Rewards Programme is exempt from wagering requirements — it is credited as real cash that can be withdrawn or used for gameplay without any additional restrictions. This is a key commitment scrplay8 makes to our VIP members.

All games available on the scrplay8 platform — including live baccarat, poker, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton), Virtual Sports, lottery, and e-sports — are subject to game-specific rules available in the help section of each game within the platform.

General principles that apply to all scrplay8 games:

• All game outcomes are determined by an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) — there is no human intervention in determining game results.
• Bets that have been placed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled, except in cases of verifiable technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, scrplay8 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wagered amount to the member's account.
• Completed game results that have been credited to a member's account are final, except in proven cases of fraud.

For Sports Betting, the odds displayed are accurate at the time they are shown. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. Bets accepted at specific odds are binding at those odds, unless there is a clear and obvious error in the displayed odds.

The scrplay8 VIP Rewards Programme has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. VIP membership and all associated benefits are subject to the following conditions:

• VIP tier is determined by total wagering volume within the monthly evaluation period.
• VIP tier reassessments are carried out at the start of each month, based on activity from the preceding three months.
• VIP tier status is guaranteed for three months from the date the tier is achieved.
• VIP weekly cashback is credited every Monday based on net losses from the previous week.
• Scrplay8 reserves the right to modify the conditions or benefits of the VIP programme with 30 days' notice to affected members.
• VIP Rewards cannot be transferred between accounts or combined.

The following are strictly prohibited on the scrplay8 platform and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Multiple account ownership — registering more than one account in order to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent limits.
• Poker Collusion — collaborating with other players to gain an unfair advantage at the poker table.
• Use of automated software — using bots, scripts, or automated software to play on your behalf.
• Money laundering — using the scrplay8 platform as a channel to launder proceeds from illegal activities.
• Bug exploitation — deliberately exploiting any technical errors or bugs on the platform for unfair advantage.
• Identity fraud — using another person's personal information to register or verify an account.
• Bonus Abuse — registering a new account solely to claim the Welcome Bonus with no genuine intention to play.

Members may close their scrplay8 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or email at support@scrplay8.best. Prior to account closure, any eligible balance will be processed to the registered payment method.

Scrplay8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Requests from relevant law enforcement authorities
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering

In cases where an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, scrplay8 reserves the right to withhold the balance and conduct an investigation before making a final decision regarding that balance.

Scrplay8 is fully committed to protecting members' personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Any personal information you provide to scrplay8 is used solely for the following purposes:

• Account management and verification
• Deposit and withdrawal processing
• Account and service-related communications

• Valid game results that did not go in your favour

In all circumstances, scrplay8's maximum liability to any member is limited to the amount of funds held in that member's account at the time the claim is made, except where Malaysian law requires otherwise.

Scrplay8 is committed to resolving disputes in a fair and efficient manner. The scrplay8 dispute resolution procedure is as follows:

• Step 1: Contact the scrplay8 customer support team via live chat or email, providing full details of the dispute.
• Step 2: Our team will review the dispute and provide an initial response within 48 hours.
• Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, the dispute will be escalated to a senior supervisor who will investigate within 7 business days.
• Step 4: The final decision of the senior supervisor is conclusive and binding on both parties.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to a competent arbitration body in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.

Scrplay8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to all active members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the scrplay8 platform after the amendment's effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
